About Us

Orange County Structural Engineering is a small firm based in Orange County, California. We have been providing engineering services for the past 10 years for a variety of different projects and clients. We have project experience using most international codes including the IBC, CBC, & UBC and have had projects approved by several national agencies including OSHPD, DSA, FAA, & City of L.A.

The company was founded by Jeremy David Livermore, P.E. who graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He will continue to drive our firm. Mr. Livermore has a broad background in a variety of construction projects and construction details. He has thorough understanding of most industry leading structural analysis software including finite element analysis applications. His leadership, experience, and professionalism are key in our continued success. Mr. Livermore designs with the utmost ethics and integrity.
