Principal Engineer - Scott O'Connor, PE
Education:
B.S. Civil Engineering
M.S. Structural Engineering

Scott has extensive exterience ranging from Construction Design and Support on large $500M to $1.2B Highway/Bridge Construction Projects throughout Southern California to structural design of mulit-story duplexes in Los Angeles and residential evaluations & remodels. Scott has worked with several heavy civil contractors including Flatiron Construction, Atkinson Construction, and OHL USA. His design and structural 2D/3D modeling experience is well integrated across many building and construction systems including steel, concrete, post-tension concrete, masonry, wood, pre-cast structures, retaining walls, and soils & slopes. He has worked with contractors, owners, engineers and vendors alike providing detailed engineering and consulting throughout his career.
